Pre-Workout Pancakes

– One cup old fashioned oats
– 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
– 2 egg whites
– dash of unsweetened almond milk
– cinnamon, stevia, vanilla extract, other spices to taste

Combine all ingredients. Cook like pancakes in pancake maker or on stovetop. Makes 6 pancakes. Eat alone or top with a tablespoon of nut butter, fruit, or syrup.
